If there was ever a time to be aware of what’s going on in the space around us, it is now. With COVID-19, now is a good opportunity to become (and stay more) aware of our physical and mental space. Who would have thought a year ago we would be actively practicing keeping a mindful distance between the next person and us. But here we are, living in our personal spaces.
